Beef jerky wit a Korean BBQ feel. This has a little heat to it, but it’s some excellent jerky!

2 pounds top round, sliced with the grain 1/8-inch thick, 2 to 4-inches wide

1 teaspoon chili flakes

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon fish sauce
